Meet the Team

Meet the passionate Prairie Pelvic Health team who are refreshingly comfortable talking about things most people aren’t!

Juliet Sarjeant

Founder & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

With over two decades of transforming lives through pelvic health physiotherapy, Juliet combines clinical expertise with a deeply personal approach to healing. She doesn’t just treat symptoms—she seeks to empower her clients through education, ensuring you leave each session understanding your condition, feeling emotionally and physically supported, and equipped with practical strategies for lasting recovery.

Beyond the clinic, Juliet embraces the active lifestyle she helps her clients reclaim. She and her husband Mike love to be outdoors – gardening, hiking, running and camping with their occasionally-present grown children, and their energetic dogs Martha and Espen. This enthusiasm for living fully informs her practical, results-oriented treatment approach that has helped thousands of individuals reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities they love.

Lindsey Tasker Cole

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Lindsey is a physiotherapist with degrees in Anatomy & Cell Biology, Kinesiology, and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Early in her career, she was drawn to pelvic health after seeing the high demand and impact it can have on quality of life. She’s completed advanced training through Pelvic Health Solutions—including pessary fitting in 2024—and focuses on evidence-based, personalized care. As a mom, she’s especially passionate about supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding the foundation for daily life, sport, or future pregnancies.

With a strong background in orthopedics and manual therapy, Lindsey treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, from acute sports injuries to balance and gait issues. A former U of S Huskies track and field athlete, she has a special interest in running-related injuries, prevention, and safe return-to-sport programming.

Danielle Bararuk

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Danielle Bararuk, a mom of three, has been helping patients on their health journeys since 2008. She has a deep passion for helping individuals overcome their pelvic health concerns, guiding them back to the activities, lifestyles, and roles that matter the most to them. Danielle especially loves working with women through their prenatal and postpartum transitions, offering compassionate guidance, treatment, and personalized support every step of the way.

In her pediatric practice, Danielle creates a warm play-based environment where children feel safe, engaged and motivated. She works with infants and children experiencing developmental delays, head shape concerns, and pediatric pelvic health issues, always tailoring her approach to support each child’s unique needs and family goals. Danielle fosters a welcoming space where individuals and families feel heard, understood and empowered.

Whether helping someone navigate pelvic pain, rebuild their strength after childbirth, or supporting a child’s developmental needs, Danielle is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care that promotes resilience and lifelong well-being.

Kayla Simonar

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Kayla completed her Master of Physical Therapy after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. While obtaining her degree in Physical Therapy, she discovered a passion for pelvic floor physiotherapy and has continued to build her skills through additional post-graduate education. She understands that pelvic health concerns can feel personal and sometimes difficult to talk about, and she strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and at ease throughout their care.

Kayla takes an individualized, whole-person approach to treatment, blending hands-on therapy, exercise, education, and practical lifestyle strategies. She enjoys helping clients better understand their bodies, build confidence, and get back to the activities that matter most to them. Outside of the clinic, Kayla loves spending time with family and friends, staying active, and relaxing with a good book.
